At this point the screen is fully removed and the graphics cable is located at the bottom of the back of the monitor. as seen below.

To complete the removal and uninstalling of the cracked screen, simply remove the cable from the socket as shown below. The cable connector is usually held down by clear tape. Peel that upwards and then pull apart the connection.
